Contemporary Tradition

Hillsideout [antique art design] starts in 2013 to teach in workshops called “Contemporary Tradition” which are proposed in two forms:

Contemporary Tradition [furniture design & digital media] is based on the idea to combine manual construction techniques and digital narration but in traditional and geographical different contexts which influence the production of furniture and art pieces.

Contemporary Tradition [interventions in public spaces] is based on theoretical lectures which introduce internationally known contemporary artists and is influenced by a site-specific research of the place and architecture where the final event of public art will take place.

An historically interesting country like Mexico seemed to be the perfect beginning…

This blog is dedicated to formation only. For further information please visit our official website: www.hillsideout.com
